Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics acquires a majority stake in Abnormal Load Services
Oslo, Norway and Ittervoort, Netherlands; October 8, 2012 – Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, the global provider of outbound logistics solutions, joins forces with Abnormal Load Services Holding B.V, the specialist in out of gauge transport and supply chain solutions, through the acquisition of a 60% stake in the company.
